Rishikesh - The Birthplace of Yoga

A Yoga Retreat is a way to get a taste of a teacher training programme in a shortened format. It allows you to engage in thoughtful conversation with like-minded beings, detach from technology, step away from your daily routine, detox your body-mind, find your inner self, form new habits, and rejuvenate your skin layers. Our intense yoga retreat will help you realise your full potential and reconnect with your mind, body, and soul.

Syllabus, Ability and Dates

The main curriculum of meditation retreats includes meditation theory classes to learn about basic meditation, the benefits of meditation, pranayama, shatkarma (body cleansing), the science of Kundalini and its energy, Indian Meditation Philosophy, and outdoor activities such as natural waterfall visits to learn about nature's healing, village visits to learn about culture, trekking-hiking to mountains, outdoor classes, and more.

We require tremendous attention, thorough listening and understanding, a no-argument attitude, no ego, and the ability to accept nature's creations and flow with life easily for the course.
