Start Your Inner Journey

The Beginner Meditation TTC in Rishikesh, India, is designed for students who have never done anything previously or who are only doing basic practises. It's also beneficial for students who have attempted some form of meditation but want to learn more and practise under the supervision of an experienced master who can correct them if they make any mistakes.

The 150-hour Beginner Teacher Training is an opportunity to learn Meditation from the ground up and clarify all doubts with intensive study patterns. It covers a variety of travel, culture, heritage, and spiritual trips, including temple visits, local market and street visits, group shopping, waterfall trekking, sunrise yoga in the Himalayas, and much more.

You will learn 30+ ancient Indian meditation techniques in this course, including Vedic Meditation, Om Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Guided Meditation, Heartfulness, Observation of Energy on Kundalini and Chakras, Vipassana Meditation, Silent Meditation, Mindfulness, Transcendental (TM), Japa Meditation, Nada Meditation, and others.
