Silent Meditation

Silent Meditation

It gives you a sense of awareness that goes beyond words and helps you transform yourself via self-observation. It underlines how the mind and body are inextricably linked. Noble quiet is required for our Stillness Retreat, which means you must keep silence with your body, words, and mind.
